1st Glorious Mystery

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ
Jesus, who was crucified, he has risen. The tombs broke open and the bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. They came out of the tombs, and after Jesus' resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many people.

WAY (moral teaching, ascetic):

[cf 1 Corinthians 15,20-22]Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.
LIFE (help of the grace and virtue to be practised):
To teach to the people and to proclaim in Jesus the resurrection of the dead. [cf Acts 4,2]
